新西兰留学最新利好政策!新西兰移民局放宽此类签证！

2024年6月21日，新西兰移民局宣布新政策，使更多学生签家属有资格申请“学生伴侣工签（partner of a student work visa）”

Part.1/新政策意味着什么？

更新后的资格条件如下：

1.如果申请人正在攻读“绿色清单”上规定职业的Level 9或Level10级，其伴侣可以申请有开放条件的工作签证；

2.如果申请人正在攻读“绿色清单”上规定职业的Level 7或Level 8级，其伴侣现在也有资格申请开放工作签证；

3.长期技能短缺清单上的Level 7或Level 8级也能申请-前提是在2022年9月7日或之前开始学习。

Changes have been made to immigration instructions to update work eligibility for partners of student visa holders.

Under WF4.1, a person may be eligible for a work visa iftheir partner holds a student visa to study a level 7 or 8 qualification that is specified on the Green List.

Qualifications that are required for occupational registration have now been added to the Green List.

移民局表示，它已经更新了“绿色清单”，增加了一些注册特定职业学生的学士学位和荣誉学士资格。这些职业需要注册，并取代新西兰学历认证局(NZQA)的资格条件。

这意味着现在持有学生签证目在攻读注册资格相关专业的人士，可以支持他们的伴侣申请学生伴侣工作签证(Partner of a Student Work Visa)

Part.2/NZQF框架及最新开放式工签政策

新西兰学历认证局NZQA（New Zealand Qualification Authority）将学历等级（NZQF）共分为10级，从 Level 1 到 Level 10。Level 1 为证书类课程，Level 10 为博士学位。

如下图所示

Level 7：本科学士学位，GD学位后文凭

Level 8：荣誉学士学位，PGD 研究生文凭

1. 10级博士学位(Doctor Degree)、9级硕士研究生学历（Master Degree), 全日制在新西兰学习30周以上，毕业后即可申请3年毕业生开放工签。

2. 针对本科学位项目学习1-3年（30周-90周）将根据在新西兰的学习时长获得1-3年不等时间的毕业生工签。

3. 8级PGD文凭，不论课程学习领域，将获得1年工签。

4. 非上述类型的学习项目毕业的留学生，如NZQF五级，六级Dioloma大专毕业生，7级学士后文凭仅仅限于该学习项目对应的职业和最新“绿色职位”清单中的职位相关。

5. 根据“绿色职位”清单获批毕业生工签的申请人将只能从事相关职位工作。

6. 根据此规定获得的毕业生工签时间长度将和学习项目保持一致。也就是国际留学生所获得的毕业生工作签证期限，将和他们在新西兰境内学习的时间挂钩。但硕士和博士除外，他们将依然是三年工作签证。

根据新政策，攻读护理、幼教本科的学生就可以担保配偶工签，不必等到毕业之后！

值得一提的是，根据申请人的学习情况，申请人可以为其伴侣申请工签，但不能为其受抚养子女申请学生签证。然而，如果申请人的伴侣获得了学生伴侣工签，那么将有资格为其受抚养子女申请学生签证，享受本地生学费待遇。更多详情请咨询TNC领航专业持牌移民顾问。
