首先判断所申请的类别是属于哪类

境内申请外国人来华工作许可

Apply for a work permit for foreigners in China.

境外申请办理外国人来华工作许可

Apply for a work permit for foreigners from abroad.

如果申请人在境外，要以Z签证入境，则需点击境外申请办理外国人来华工作许可-申请外国人工作许可通知（入境前）开始填报；这个申请决定通过后，自行打印许可通知，然后持许可通知在所在国家大使馆申请Z签。

If the applicant is overseas and wants to enter China with a Z visa, he or she needs to click Overseas Application to apply for a work permit for foreigners in China - Application for Foreigner Work Permit Notice (before entry) to start filling in the form; after the application is approved, print the permit notice yourself, and then Apply for a Z visa at the embassy of your country with the permission notice.

注意：如果申请人在境内，需要获得工作类居留许可，但不符合直接办证的条件的，则需首先办理许可通知,然后持许可通知到香港或返国办理Z签。

Note: If the applicant is in the country and needs to obtain a work-type residence permit, but does not meet the conditions for direct application, he or she must first apply for a permit notice, and then go to Hong Kong or return to China with the permit notice to apply for a Z visa.

第一步：注册“外国人来华工作服务管理系统”账号。

第三步：凭系统下载的《外国人工作许可通知》办理《工作签证》。

第四步：持工作签证入境。

Step 4: Enter the country with a work visa.

第五步：办理《境外人员住宿登记证》。

Step 5: Apply for the "Overseas Personnel Accommodation Registration Certificate".

第六步：办理《健康证》。

Step 6: Apply for the "Health Certificate".

第七步：申领《工作许可证》。

Step 7: Apply for a "Work Permit".

第八步：办理《外国人居留证》。

Step 8: Apply for the "Residence Permit for Foreigners".

申请《中华人民共和国外国人工作许可通知》提交材料如下

To apply for the "Notice of Work Permit for Foreigners of the People's Republic of China" (to work in China for more than 90 days, not including 90 days), submit the following materials.

1.外国人来华工作许可申请表

Application form for work permit for foreigners in China.

2.工作资历证明

Proof of work qualifications.

3.最高学位（学历）证书或相关批准文书、职业资格证明

Highest degree (academic qualification) certificate or relevant approval document, professional qualification certificate.

4.无犯罪记录证明

No criminal record certificate.

5.体检证明

A medical certificate.

6.聘用合同或任职证明（包括跨国公司派遣函）

Employment contract or proof of employment (including dispatch letter from multinational companies).

7.申请人护照或国际旅行证件

Applicant’s passport or international travel document.

8.申请人 6 个月内正面免冠照片

Applicant's front-facing photo taken within 6 months.

9.随行家属相关证明材料

Relevant supporting documents for accompanying family members .

在线申请提交后，审批时间一般需要2周。

After the online application is submitted, the review and approval time generally takes 2 weeks.

这个申请决定通过后，申请人行打印许可通知，然后持许可通知在所在国家大使馆申请Z签。

After the application is approved, the applicant prints the permission notice and then uses the permission notice to apply for Z visa at the embassy of the country where he is located.

取到z签证后，登陆系统，点击境外申请办理外国人来华工作许可-申领外国人工作许可证（入境后），如下图，之前申请的单号会在右边绿色框框内看到，点击继续填写信息。

After getting the Z visa, log in to the system and click Apply Overseas for a Foreigner's Work Permit in China - Apply for a Foreigner's Work Permit (After Entry), as shown below. The previously applied tracking number will be seen in the green box on the right, click Continue to fill in the information.

或者点击境内申请办理外国人来华工作许可——已获得工作许可通知的开始填报。

Or click Domestic to apply for a work permit for foreigners in China - start filling in the form if you have received the work permit notification.

在系统内补充签证信息(Z或R签证)，重新生成申请表并上传至相关附件。

Supplement the visa information (Z or R visa) in the system, regenerate the application form and upload it to the relevant attachments.

待决定通过后，携带上传的所有材料原件，到广州市外国专家局窗口领取《外国人工作许可证》。

After the decision is approved, bring the originals of all the uploaded materials to the GuangZhou Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs window to collect the "Foreigner Work Permit".

这个申请决定通过后，申请人行打印许可通知，然后持许可通知在所在国家大使馆申请Z签。

After the application is approved, the applicant prints the permission notice and then uses the permission notice to apply for Z visa at the embassy of the country where he is located.

居留许可证所需材料

Materials required for residence permit

1.填写完整并贴有近期二寸正面免冠半身蓝底彩色照片的《外国人签证证件申请表》

Completely filled out "Foreigner Visa Application Form" with a recent two-inch full-length color photo with a blue background and a hatless front.

2.有效护照或其他国际旅行证件、本次入境的签证证件

Copies of valid passport or other international travel documents, visa document for this entry.

3.有效的《境外人员临时住宿登记表》

A valid "Temporary Accommodation Registration Form for Overseas Persons".

4.广州体检证明
